Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps have been our core business since our founding. Among the series you will find manually adjustable metering pumps, pumps that dose in proportion to control signals, dosing pumps with a built-in instrument, dosing pumps with alarm outputs, among others. Motor-Driven Metering Pumps

Complementing the electromagnetic line, we also have a line of motor driven dosing pumps, which are divided into two series, according to their operating principle: diaphragm metering pumps and piston metering pumps.

Pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pumps

Air operated double diaphragm pumps, The draft of the ACQUATRON’s double diaphragm pumps, it is mainly developed around the air distribution system, the diaphragm’s high technology, the pumping chambers geometry and the valves system; this in order to extend the functionality, not only for transfer but also for dosing. The result is an innovative product with next-generation solutions. ACQUATRON´s diaphragm pumps are made in PP, PVDF, ALLUMINIO and AISI 316.

Flow meters

We offer flow meters in a variety of diameters, threaded or flanged connections, and with pulse outputs dependent on flow rate, whether registered in data loggers or as an input for proportional dosing pumps.

Controllers

We have also developed a line of instruments for the control of chemicals that is often associated with chemical dosing. Our instruments measure pH, RedOx potential (ORP), electrical conductivity (EC), free chlorine, chlorine dioxide, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and flow control. Along with these, you will also find a number of electrodes applicable to a variety of measurements.

In addition to a wide range of products, we have the ability to perform turnkey solutions, through our modular equipment, enriching the solution delivered through measurement, control, chemical products injection, remote control, alarms by e-mail or cell, visualization of different variables at the same time for integral processes. You can request previously designed solutions (for swimming pools, cooling towers, boilers, reverse osmosis) or you can also choose solutions tailored to your process by recording and controlling pressure, flow, temperature, chemical measurements (pH, ORP, Conductivity, Free Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, Dissolved Oxygen), alarms, remote control via ModBus, panel design.

Electrodes

To allow reading of PH, ORP (potential reduction oxide), EC (electrical conductivity), or others. Depending on the need, the electrodes can be provided with a flat tip, bulb type, with temperature compensation (ATC), with different lengths of cable, in various materials, and for online measurement, in tank or cistern, or glass holder.
